Created one year apart at the same location in a small Italian village Civita d’Antino, one hour outside Rome, the films Solangrep I skyggeland and Neologisme are inexplicably bound together. There is an unspoken continuity between them, a resonance shaped as much by place as by time. Pernille previously presented the film Inn I Noe at K4 in 2022.
 

Pernille Mercury Lindstad (b. 1984) is a theatre director educated from Stockholms Dramatiska Høgskole. She is the artistic director of the interdisciplinary platform Theater F, based in Oslo. Lindstad’s practice centers on the deconstruction and reconstruction of theatrical form, operating at the intersection of performance, film, and visual art.

Her previous work includes writing and directing projects for Henie Onstad Art Centre (TVTV The Grease Monster Dada Show, 2020), MUNCH Museum (Munch in Motion: Fra smør til Margarin), and Black Box Theatre (Døde menn og Tørste kvinner 2025). Lindstad was playwright-in-residence at Dramatikkens Hus from 2023 to 2024.

In 2026, she will write and direct the opening work for the new Government Quarter in Oslo, titled The Weight of a Demonstration.
